Wet Sandblasting Kits
Dustless wet blasting from the pressure washer you already own — strip paint, rust and scale without airborne dust.

Take your pressure washer to the next level with a wet sandblasting kit. Combine the power of high-pressure water with abrasive media for the ultimate surface prep tool. Remove paint, rust, scale, and stubborn coatings with dustless sandblasting — safer and cleaner than dry methods.
Dustless Operation
Water suppresses dust, making it safer for operators and the environment.
Surface Prep
Perfect for removing paint, rust and scale from metal, concrete and wood.
Easy Setup
Attaches to your existing pressure washer lance in minutes.
Versatile Media
Use with various abrasive media for different applications and surfaces.
How Wet Sandblasting Works
A wet sandblasting kit introduces abrasive media into the high-pressure water stream of a pressure washer you already own. The water does two jobs at once: it carries the abrasive to the surface with far more energy than water alone, and it traps the dust that dry blasting throws into the air. What comes off the surface falls to the ground with the water instead of becoming airborne silica.
That dust suppression is the reason most operations move to wet blasting. Dry abrasive blasting generates respirable dust that has to be contained, and containment on a jobsite or in an open shop is expensive and slow. Wet blasting removes most of that problem at the source, which is why it is common for outdoor structural work, tanks, trailers and equipment refurbishment.
The trade-off is honest: wet blasting leaves the surface wet, so bare steel will flash-rust unless it is dried and primed promptly or the water carries a rust inhibitor. If you need an immediately dry, paint-ready surface with no further steps, dry blasting is still the better tool. For most cleaning, paint removal and prep work where dust is the limiting factor, wet wins.
What it is used for
Paint & coating removal
Strip old paint and failed coatings from steel, trailers, tanks and structural members ahead of recoating.
Rust & scale
Take corrosion and mill scale back to sound metal without the dust cloud dry blasting produces.
Concrete & masonry
Remove laitance, curing compounds and surface contamination before coating or overlay.
Heavy equipment refurb
Cut through caked grease, asphalt and road film on machines that are too far gone for detergent alone.
Weld and fabrication prep
Clean weld areas and fabricated steel to a consistent profile before finishing.
Graffiti & restoration
Lift coatings from brick and stone at lower pressure where an aggressive dry blast would damage the substrate.
What you need to run one
A wet sandblasting kit is an attachment, not a standalone machine — it works with the pressure washer in your shop. Which kit suits you depends on your machine's flow and pressure and the media you intend to run, so it is worth a short conversation rather than guessing. If you do not have a suitable machine yet, we can size one alongside the kit; see pressure washers or the wider accessories range.
